Pristine Spas opened in Lake Nona on Narcoossee Road in 2022 to serve one of the most demanding clientele in Central Florida — Medical City professionals, healthcare workers, executives, and families who don’t settle. Our Lake Nona Med Spa offers thirteen medical-grade aesthetic treatments under the oversight of a double board-certified cosmetic surgeon. Botox, fillers, lip enhancements, facial contouring, Vivace RF microneedling, PRP, semaglutide, chemical peels, body sculpting, and more. This is the clinical standard Lake Nona expects — because most of our clients work next door at Medical City, and they know what good looks like.

Who We Are — Lake Nona

Lake Nona isn’t a normal zip code. Surgeons, nurses, researchers, executives, pro athletes in training, and families who moved here for the schools and the standards. They know what good looks like — and they don’t come back when it isn’t.

Nowhere is that more true than med spa. Lake Nona clients have seen the inside of every major aesthetic practice in the country. Half of our injectables clients work in healthcare themselves — they know what a properly run medical aesthetic practice looks like, and they chose Pristine. That’s the highest endorsement we can point to.

If you’re local to Lake Nona, Laureate Park, Medical City, Narcoossee, Moss Park, or anywhere along the 417 corridor — this is your spa.

What Makes Pristine Med Spa Different

Double board-certified cosmetic surgeon oversight.

Every med spa treatment at Pristine operates under the medical direction of a double board-certified cosmetic surgeon. That’s the credential that matters — and the one most med spas don’t have.

Licensed medical professionals only.

Injectables are administered by licensed medical injectors. Medical-grade treatments are performed by trained clinical staff. Nobody at Pristine is running a med spa service on an esthetics license alone.

Real equipment, not entry-level devices.

Vivace RF Microneedling (FDA-cleared, 36 gold-tipped needles, robotic motor), SkinStylus precision microneedling, HydraFacial device, Cynosure Elite iQ (vascular and pigmentation), medical-grade chemical peel systems. This is what dermatology offices use.

Honest consultations.

We’ll tell you what a treatment can and can’t do before you spend money on it. If you want a result we don’t think is realistic, we’ll say so. If another treatment is a better fit, we’ll recommend it — even if it costs less.

Consistent results from treatment to treatment.

Same providers, same products, same protocols. Med spa work is not a place for guesswork. Our clients come back for the same provider for years because consistency delivers predictable results.

Spa-level environment, medical-level care.

Most med spas feel like doctor’s offices. Most spas can’t do real medical treatments. Pristine is both. You get a clinical standard of care in a space designed to actually feel good.

Most Popular Medical Spa Services

Botox & Fillers

Our flagship injectable category. Botox for wrinkle prevention and treatment; hyaluronic acid fillers (Juvéderm, Restylane, RHA) for volume restoration, contour, and midface support. Full consultation included.

Lip Enhancements

HA-based lip filler to add volume, define the vermillion border, correct asymmetry, and enhance lip shape. Natural-looking results — we don’t build duck lips.

Learn More →

Facial Contouring

Strategic filler placement for cheek projection, chin definition, jawline sharpening, and midface support. Built on the MD Codes framework — not random injections.

Learn More →

Semaglutide Treatments

Medically supervised weight management program using compounded semaglutide. Monthly injections, ongoing provider support, lab monitoring. Not a quick fix — a clinical program with real oversight.

PRP Therapy

PRP injected directly into target areas — under-eye hollows, acne scarring, hair loss treatment, facial rejuvenation. Uses your body’s own growth factors to drive regeneration.

Microneedling

A collagen-induction therapy treatment using fine needles to create controlled micro-injuries across the skin, triggering the body's natural healing and collagen production response. Addresses fine lines, acne scarring, large pores, stretch marks, and overall skin texture and firmness. At Lake Nona, available in two modalities: traditional microneedling (mechanical needling only) and Morpheus8 (microneedling combined with radiofrequency energy delivered deep into the dermis for both collagen stimulation and skin tightening). Morpheus8 produces more dramatic results in fewer sessions at a higher per-session investment. A frequent choice for Lake Nona clients in their 30s and beyond addressing multiple concerns through a single treatment platform.

Vampire Facial

A regenerative skin treatment combining microneedling with platelet-rich plasma (PRP) derived from the client's own blood. PRP contains high concentrations of growth factors and healing proteins that, when delivered through microneedling channels, accelerate collagen production, improve skin texture, reduce fine lines, and enhance overall skin quality beyond what microneedling alone delivers. The "vampire" name comes from the blood-draw component — the actual treatment experience is closer to an advanced facial than anything theatrical. At Lake Nona, frequently chosen by clients in their 30s through 60s addressing multiple skin concerns simultaneously, or those wanting a regenerative alternative to more aggressive resurfacing treatments.

Dermaplaning

A medical-grade exfoliation treatment using a sterile surgical blade to gently remove dead skin cells and fine vellus hair (peach fuzz) from the face. Different from at-home dermaplaning tools — the medical setting allows for deeper, more thorough exfoliation, often combined with serum infusion and finishing treatments for compound results. Treatment immediately brightens skin, dramatically improves skincare product absorption, and creates a flawless makeup-application surface that lasts three to four weeks. At Lake Nona, this is frequently booked ahead of major events, weddings, or photo sessions — and as a monthly maintenance ritual by clients building a long-term skin program. Performed under Lake Nona medical supervision.

Chemical Peels

Medical-grade exfoliating treatments using clinical-strength acid formulations — glycolic, salicylic, TCA, or Jessner's solutions — to resurface skin, fade hyperpigmentation, smooth texture, and address acne, fine lines, or sun damage. Different from at-home or standard-spa peels in concentration and depth of penetration. Our Lake Nona medical aesthetics team offers three depth tiers (superficial, medium, deep) chosen based on the client's concerns and downtime tolerance. Particularly popular among Lake Nona clients managing the cumulative sun damage that comes with Central Florida living, or those addressing post-acne hyperpigmentation and texture concerns through a structured peel series.

Body Sculpting

A non-invasive body contouring treatment that targets stubborn fat deposits and visible cellulite using radiofrequency, ultrasound, or cryolipolysis technology depending on the area and client profile. The treatment breaks down fat cells and tightens overlying skin without surgery, downtime, or general anesthesia. At our Lake Nona location, body sculpting is one of our most-requested non-invasive treatments — frequently chosen by clients seeking targeted reduction in the abdomen, flanks, inner and outer thighs, upper arms, or submental (chin) region. Results compound across a treatment series of four to eight sessions spaced two to four weeks apart. Performed at our Lake Nona medical aesthetics suite by licensed providers.

Other Medical Spa Services

In addition to the medical aesthetics treatments our Lake Nona team performs daily — Lip Fillers, Anti-Aging Injections, Botox / Fillers / Injectables, Face Contouring, PRP Therapy, Semaglutide Treatments, and Vaginal Rejuvenation — our Lake Nona medical aesthetics team offers a broader menu of clinical and corrective treatments performed under medical supervision. All treatments are delivered by appropriately licensed and credentialed providers operating under Florida medical spa license MM35302.

Anti-Aging Injections

Neurotoxin treatments (Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, Jeuveau) for dynamic wrinkles — forehead lines, crow’s feet, glabellar (11s). Typically 10–15 minutes, results visible in 3–7 days, lasting 3–4 months.

Vaginal Rejuvenation

Non-surgical vaginal rejuvenation for post-childbirth laxity, menopausal changes, dryness, and mild incontinence. Discreet consultation, female provider, completely confidential.

Dermal Infusion

A patented three-in-one medical facial that simultaneously exfoliates, extracts, and infuses condition-specific serums into the skin through a single device. Different from HydraFacial (which uses vortex-suction technology), Dermal Infusion uses a diamond-tip wand and pneumatic pressure to deliver serums deeper into the skin than topical application can achieve. Customizable across multiple serum formulations targeting hyperpigmentation, fine lines, acne, dryness, or general skin health. At Lake Nona, this is a frequent recommendation for clients who've experienced HydraFacial and want to explore a deeper alternative, or those whose specific concerns require more targeted serum delivery. Performed by Lake Nona medical aesthetics providers.

Our Equipment

Vivace RF Microneedling

FDA-cleared RF microneedling platform, 36 gold-tipped needles, robotic motor, real-time impedance monitoring. The gold standard in RF microneedling for collagen stimulation, skin tightening, and scar improvement.

SkinStylus Microneedling

Precision microneedling device for targeted scarring, texture correction, and skin remodeling.

HydraFacial Device

Patented hydradermabrasion platform. Used as standalone service and as a prep step for deeper med spa treatments.

Cynosure Elite iQ

Dual-wavelength laser platform used for pigmentation, vascular conditions (rosacea, broken capillaries), and hair removal. FDA-cleared Skintel Melanin Reader for safe treatment across all skin types.

Professional peel systems

Medical-grade chemical peel solutions (SkinCeuticals, ZO, and clinical formulations) for light, medium, and deeper resurfacing.

Why Medical Oversight Matters

Every “med spa” in America is not actually a med spa. Florida law allows med spa procedures to operate under varying levels of medical supervision — and the difference shows up on your face, your skin, and your results.

At Pristine, all medical aesthetic treatments operate under a double board-certified cosmetic surgeon — not a general practitioner phoning in a signature, and not a remote medical director who’s never set foot in the building. That credential matters for four reasons:

Clinical judgment.

A board-certified cosmetic surgeon knows what can go wrong, how to prevent it, and how to intervene if something does. Most med spa complications are preventable with proper oversight.

Treatment planning.

Real medical oversight means real treatment protocols. We don’t “do Botox” randomly — we build a plan that accounts for your anatomy, your goals, and your history.

Product safety.

Real-brand injectables sourced through proper medical channels. No imported, counterfeit, or off-market products — which is an actual problem at unregulated med spas.

Accountability.

When results matter, medical credentialing is what separates an aesthetic practice from a service transaction. You want both.

Benefits of Medical Spa Treatments

  • Measurable, clinical-grade results — not cosmetic counter claims
  • Prevention, not just correction — treating lines before they become deep wrinkles
  • Customized treatment plans — what you need, not what was on the menu
  • Medical supervision — safety, credentialing, accountability
  • Natural-looking outcomes — you should look like you, rested
  • Long-term skin investment — collagen stimulation and maintenance compound over time
  • Confidence that doesn’t announce itself — people notice you look great, not that you “got something done”

Measurable results, medical oversight, and natural-looking outcomes — that’s the whole philosophy.

Who Comes to Pristine for Med Spa

  • Women and men in their 30s, 40s, and 50s on a maintenance injectable schedule
  • Clients wanting natural-looking prevention, not dramatic transformation
  • Anyone who’s had bad work done elsewhere and is ready for a real consultation
  • PCOS and hormonal clients building a long-term skin management plan
  • Post-weight-loss clients managing skin laxity with body sculpting and RF microneedling
  • Semaglutide candidates wanting medical supervision, not a TikTok protocol
  • Brides and event clients prepping 3–6 months in advance
  • First-timers who want a full consultation before they commit to anything

What Our Clients Say

I’m a physician and I’ve worked in aesthetic medicine referrals for years. Pristine Lake Nona runs their med spa the way I’d want my own patients treated — medical oversight, real products, conservative dosing, natural results. This is the real thing.

Dr. Natalie K.

Lake Nona

Switched to Pristine Lake Nona after a bad filler experience in Miami. My new injector fixed the asymmetry from the previous work and built me a real plan. I finally look like myself again. I refer everyone I know.

Andrea M.

Lake Nona

Semaglutide program at Pristine Lake Nona — down 52 pounds over eight months with full medical supervision. The team was thorough, professional, and supportive. This program saved me from a very different health trajectory.

Scott D.

Lake Nona

PRP microneedling combo for acne scarring. Four sessions in and my skin looks better than it has since high school. The Vivace platform is a different league from what I’d tried elsewhere.

Priya R.

Lake Nona

First-time Botox client. My injector talked me through everything, dosed conservatively, and three days later I looked rested — not frozen. Exactly what I wanted. Booking every four months now.

Frequently Asked Questions

That’s what the consultation is for. Botox treats dynamic wrinkles (lines from movement — forehead, frown, crow’s feet). Filler treats volume loss and contour. Many clients need a combination, and the right mix depends on your face. We’ll map it out before we inject anything.

Minimal. Botox feels like a tiny pinch. Filler uses lidocaine-infused products and we apply topical numbing beforehand. Most clients describe it as surprisingly manageable.

Botox: 3–7 days for full effect. Filler: immediate, with final settling at 2 weeks. Microneedling: visible glow in 3–5 days, collagen results compounding over 3–6 months.

Botox: every 3–4 months. Filler: every 9–18 months depending on product and area. Microneedling: 3–6 sessions spaced 4–6 weeks apart, then annual maintenance. Semaglutide: monthly injections while on program.

Not when done right. Our philosophy is conservative, natural, and anatomy-first. Overdone looks happen when providers chase results instead of preserving your face. We preserve your face.

Semaglutide is the active ingredient in Ozempic and Wegovy. Our program uses compounded semaglutide under medical supervision, with monthly injections, lab monitoring, and ongoing provider support. It’s not a shortcut — it’s a clinical program.

Yes — for most treatments, the first appointment is a consultation. We assess your anatomy, discuss goals, review options, and build a plan. No pressure to book anything that day.

Our medical oversight exists specifically so that if a complication occurs, it’s managed correctly and quickly. For HA fillers, hyaluronidase is on-site if needed. For any serious concern, our medical director is the decision-maker. That’s the whole point of a real med spa.

No. We don’t perform injectable or most medical spa treatments during pregnancy or breastfeeding. We’ll defer until you’re cleared — and we can recommend pregnancy-safe alternatives in the meantime.

Cherry, CareCredit, and Allē are all options. Allē also earns loyalty points on brand-name Allergan products (Botox, Juvéderm). We can also build custom packages for clients planning a full rejuvenation series.
