Bookings and Appointments

Appointments may be booked online through our scheduling provider or by phone at one of our locations. Walk-ins are welcome subject to availability. A credit card may be required to hold certain appointments.

Cancellation and Late Arrival

We require 24 hours' noticefor cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or no-shows, may be charged a $25 fee. Late arrivals may receive a shortened service at the full scheduled rate.

Consultations, Health Information, and Eligibility

Medical spa services and certain other treatments require an in-person consultation. You agree to provide accurate information about your health history, medications, allergies, and any conditions relevant to the services you receive. We reserve the right to decline or modify services where, in our professional judgment, doing so is appropriate for your safety. Minors require parental or guardian consent in accordance with our policies and applicable law.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Session times include consultation and preparation. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged through a financing partner (Cherry, CareCredit, or Allē), each of which has its own terms.

Memberships, Gift Cards, and Specials

Membership terms, including billing, pause, cancellation, and benefit details, are described at the location where you enroll. Gift cards and promotional offers are subject to the terms presented at the time of purchase or redemption.

Use of the Website

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use the site for any unlawful purpose. Information on the website is provided for general informational purposes and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
