Viera is our newest location, and it brings a program nearly a decade in the making east to Brevard. For Space Coast patients who’ve been driving to Orlando — or settling for whoever’s closest — this is the same conservative, natural-results injecting Pristine is known for. Every treatment uses FDA-approved Botox, Dysport, and Xeomin and Juvéderm, Restylane, and RHA fillers, administered by licensed medical injectors under double board-certified cosmetic surgeon oversight. Living on the coast means more sun, and that shapes how we plan here: injectables paired with sun-aware skincare for results that hold up.

Who We Are — Viera

We’re the newest Pristine — the freshest treatment space in the practice, and the first to bring our established injectable program to Brevard County and the Space Coast. Our Viera patients are locals who’d rather not drive to Orlando for trusted injectables.

New suite, established hands: the same conservative, anatomy-first philosophy and double board-certified oversight that built the brand in St Cloud, now minutes from home on the coast.

If you’re local to Viera, Suntree, Rockledge, Melbourne, or anywhere on the Space Coast — this is your spa.

What Makes Pristine Injectables Different

Double board-certified cosmetic surgeon oversight.

Every injectable treatment at Pristine operates under the medical direction of a double board-certified cosmetic surgeon. That is the credential that matters — and the one most med spas do not have. Your treatment plan, product selection, and safety protocols are built under real clinical supervision, not delegated to a remote medical director.

Licensed medical injectors only.

Botox and filler are medical procedures, not esthetic add-ons. Every injection at Pristine is administered by a licensed medical professional with advanced training in facial anatomy and injection technique. Nobody touches a syringe at Pristine without the credentials to back it.

Anatomy-first philosophy.

We do not overfill, chase trends, or copy photos of celebrities with different bone structure than yours. Every consultation starts with a full assessment of your anatomy — muscle movement, volume, symmetry, proportion, and how your face ages — and builds the plan around what will look right on you.

Conservative dosing, honest communication.

If what you are asking for is not right for your face, we will tell you. We would rather start measured, let you live with the result, and build at your next visit. Injectables done right are a process, not a one-and-done.

Real-brand products through proper medical channels.

Botox (Allergan), Dysport (Galderma), Xeomin (Merz), Juvéderm, Restylane, and RHA — all sourced through legitimate medical channels. No imported, counterfeit, or off-market products, which IS a real problem at unregulated med spas.

Hyaluronidase on-site.

For HA-based fillers, the reversal agent (hyaluronidase) is always available. If you ever need correction — asymmetry, overcorrection, or (rarely) a complication — we can dissolve the filler. Most med spas do not stock this.

No pressure, no quota.

Our injectors are salaried, not commissioned on product. You will not be pushed into more units or syringes than you need, and you will not be upsold into services you did not come for.

Our Botox & Filler Products

We work with FDA-approved neuromodulators for wrinkle relaxation and hyaluronic acid filler families for volume and contour. Product selection depends on the area, your goals, and your provider’s assessment.

Wrinkle Relaxers (Neuromodulators)

  • Botox (Allergan) — the most studied neuromodulator; softens dynamic lines on the forehead, between the brows, and around the eyes
  • Dysport (Galderma) — spreads slightly more, often preferred for larger areas like the forehead
  • Xeomin (Merz) — a purified, "naked" toxin with no added proteins; a good option for clients seeking a clean formulation

Dermal Fillers (Hyaluronic Acid)

  • Juvéderm (Allergan) — Voluma for cheeks, Volbella for lips and fine lines, Ultra / Ultra Plus for lips and folds
  • Restylane (Galderma) — Kysse for lips, Lyft for cheeks and jawline, Refyne / Defyne for folds with natural movement
  • RHA Collection (Revance) — next-generation resilient HA designed to move dynamically with expression

Your injector recommends the right product at consultation based on the treatment area, your goals, and any prior injectable history. Hyaluronic acid fillers are reversible; neuromodulators wear off naturally over a few months.

What Botox & Fillers Can and Can’t Do

Botox & Fillers CAN:

  • Soften dynamic wrinkles — frown lines, forehead lines, crow’s feet — with neuromodulators
  • Restore lost volume to cheeks, temples, and lips with filler
  • Define and contour the jawline and chin (facial balancing)
  • Smooth nasolabial folds and marionette lines
  • Address under-eye hollows / tear troughs for the right candidate
  • Create a subtle "lip flip" with a few units of neuromodulator
  • Soften a gummy smile or lift a downturned mouth
  • Improve overall facial proportion and symmetry
  • Be dissolved (HA fillers) if you ever want them gone

Botox & Fillers CAN’T:

  • Stop the aging process or replace a surgical facelift
  • Tighten significantly loose or sagging skin (that is skin-tightening or surgical territory)
  • Last forever — Botox typically lasts 3–4 months; HA fillers 6–18 months by product and area
  • Give you someone else’s face — your anatomy is individual
  • Be combined safely with every medication or condition without screening (blood thinners, pregnancy, some autoimmune conditions)
  • Erase deep static lines in a single session — these often need a combination plan over time

If you come in with a photo of someone whose features do not match your face, we will show you what is achievable with your anatomy — and it is usually just as beautiful, often more so, because it looks like you.

Who Comes to Pristine for Botox & Fillers

  • First-time clients wanting a subtle, natural result
  • Clients in their late 20s and 30s starting preventative ("baby") Botox
  • Clients in their 40s, 50s, and 60s addressing established lines and volume loss
  • Clients wanting jawline, chin, and cheek definition through facial balancing
  • Brides and clients prepping for events — booked several weeks ahead, never day-of
  • Men seeking natural, undetectable results
  • Clients correcting or resetting overdone work from another provider
  • Long-term maintenance clients on a regular schedule

Before Your Appointment

Pre-Treatment Prep

  • Avoid blood thinners for 1 week before (aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oil, vitamin E, ginkgo, ginseng) — with medical clearance
  • No alcohol for 24–48 hours before — reduces bruising risk
  • No facials, chemical peels, or laser treatments in the area for 2 weeks before
  • Tell us about cold sore history before any lip treatment — we may prescribe an antiviral
  • Arrive with clean skin — no makeup on the treatment area
  • Eat a solid meal and stay hydrated before your appointment
  • Schedule strategically — do not book injectables the week of a wedding, photo shoot, or major event. Allow about 2 weeks for settling.
  • Bring reference photos of the effect you want (subtle, moderate, defined) — not photos of other people’s faces

The Consultation

Your first appointment includes a full consultation before anything is injected:

Medical history review

medications, conditions, allergies, prior injectables, autoimmune conditions, and cold sore history

Facial assessment

evaluation of dynamic muscle movement, static lines, volume, symmetry, and overall proportion

Goal mapping

what you want, what is realistic, and whether a neuromodulator, filler, or both is the right approach

Product and pricing transparency

you will see the recommended product, units or syringes, and total cost before any decision

Decision point

you can proceed the same day or come back — no pressure either way

What to Expect During Your Procedure

Cleanse & numb.

The area is cleansed. Topical anesthetic is applied for filler; most HA fillers also contain lidocaine. Botox typically needs no numbing.

Mapping & marking.

Your injector marks injection points based on the anatomy assessment from your consultation.

Injection.

A fine needle or cannula is used depending on the area and technique. You will feel brief pinches and pressure — most clients describe it as very manageable.

Massage & shaping.

For filler, your injector massages the product to ensure even, symmetrical placement.

Immediate review.

Filler results show right away; Botox begins working in 3–5 days and fully sets by day 14.

Aftercare instructions.

Positioning tips, what is normal, and what to watch for.

Botox appointments take about 10–20 minutes; filler appointments 20–45 minutes depending on the number of areas treated.

Post-Treatment Care

First 24 Hours

  • After Botox, stay upright for 4 hours — do not lie down or nap.
  • Do not rub or massage treated areas (except as your injector directs for filler).
  • No vigorous exercise, heat (saunas, hot tubs, steam), or alcohol for 24 hours.
  • Ice filler areas gently for swelling — light contact only, no pressure.
  • Expect mild swelling, redness, or pinpoint bruising. This is normal and peaks at 24–48 hours.

First 2 Weeks

  • Judge Botox at 2 weeks, not day 1 — it settles over 3–14 days.
  • Filler settles over 2–4 weeks as swelling resolves.
  • Avoid facials, peels, lasers, and dental work in the area for 2 weeks.
  • Avoid prolonged sun and tanning while any bruising heals.

Ongoing

  • Daily SPF protects your results and your skin.
  • Plan Botox maintenance every 3–4 months; filler every 6–18 months by product.
  • Book a 2-week follow-up after a first treatment so we can assess and touch up.
  • Tell every future provider what has been injected and when.

Who Is (and Isn’t) a Good Candidate

Good Candidates

  • Healthy adults 18+ (most injectables 21+)
  • Realistic expectations and goals
  • Willing to follow pre- and post-care
  • No known allergy to the product or lidocaine
  • Not pregnant or breastfeeding

Not Good Candidates (or Must Wait)

  • Pregnant or breastfeeding clients
  • Active skin infection or cold sore outbreak in the treatment area
  • Certain neuromuscular disorders (for neuromodulators) — requires physician clearance
  • Clients on blood thinners without physician clearance
  • Active autoimmune flares
  • History of a severe allergic reaction to a prior injectable
  • Clients with unrealistic expectations
  • Under 18

Touch-Ups, Maintenance & Dissolves

Touch-ups

A 2-week Botox follow-up lets us top up any area that needs a few more units. For filler, a conservative first session is often refined with a small touch-up once swelling resolves.

Maintenance

Botox typically lasts 3–4 months; hyaluronic acid filler lasts 6–18 months depending on the product and area. Most clients settle into a regular schedule that keeps results looking consistent.

Dissolving (hyaluronidase)

If you ever want HA filler gone — aesthetic change, overcorrection, migration, or any reason — we can dissolve it. Hyaluronidase is injected into the filler, which breaks down within hours to days. Most med spas do not stock it. We do.

Correction of prior work

If you have injectables from another provider and want a reset, your consultation will cover the options: dissolve and start fresh, dissolve and wait, or conservatively refine what is already there.

Frequently Asked Questions

Botox is priced per unit, and the number of units depends on the area treated and your muscle strength. Filler is priced per syringe. Transparent pricing is shared at your consultation before any treatment begins — you will know the exact cost before you decide.

Most clients see results last 3–4 months. With consistent treatment over time, some clients find results last a little longer as treated muscles soften.

Typically 6–18 months depending on the product and the area treated. Lip filler tends toward the shorter end; structural cheek and jawline filler toward the longer end.

Botox (a neuromodulator) relaxes the muscles that create dynamic wrinkles. Dermal fillers add volume and structure to areas like lips, cheeks, and the jawline. Many clients use both for a complete result.

A lip flip uses a few units of neuromodulator to relax the muscle along the upper lip so it gently rolls outward, showing slightly more of the lip. It is different from lip filler, which adds volume. The two are often combined.

Yes — lip filler is one of our most-requested services. We use Juvéderm, Restylane, and RHA hyaluronic acid products. See our dedicated lip filler page for full detail.

Yes, for the right candidate. The under-eye is a delicate area that requires careful product selection and technique. Your injector will assess at consultation whether tear-trough filler is appropriate for your anatomy.

Yes. Jawline and chin filler are core to facial balancing — they add definition and improve profile and proportion. This is one of the fastest-growing requests we see.

Look for licensed medical injectors working under real medical oversight, brand-name products from proper channels, and hyaluronidase kept on-site for corrections. Pristine has all three. Honest consultations and conservative dosing matter more than the lowest price.

Yes — combining Botox and filler in one appointment is common and often the most efficient way to address multiple goals. Your injector will sequence the treatment for the best result.

Minimal. Botox uses a very fine needle and most clients need no numbing. For filler, topical anesthetic is applied and most HA products contain lidocaine. Most clients describe it as brief pinches and pressure.

Hyaluronic acid fillers can be dissolved with hyaluronidase, typically within a day or two. We keep it on-site. Neuromodulators like Botox cannot be reversed but wear off naturally over a few months.

Not when done right. Our philosophy is conservative, natural, and anatomy-first. If you ask for something we do not think is right for your face, we will tell you honestly rather than overfill.

No. We defer all injectable treatments during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
