Pristine Spas opened on Canoe Creek Road in 2015 — our original location, and the place this brand was built. Our St Cloud massage team includes licensed therapists trained in thirteen modalities, from classic Swedish and deep tissue to prenatal, sports recovery, cupping, lymphatic drainage, and more. Every session is customized to your body and whatever you walked in carrying. No rushed turnovers, no upsell theater, no template protocols. You book the time, you get the full time, and you leave better than you came in. That’s why clients keep coming back — and why we’ve never had to run an ad to fill this location.

Who We Are — St. Cloud

Our St Cloud location is where Pristine started. Founded in 2015 by Tamara and Inga inside the Publix Plaza on Canoe Creek Road, it’s the location that built the brand on one thing: word of mouth. A decade in, we’re still here — same plaza, same standards, same team philosophy. Most of our St Cloud clients have been with us for years. Some have seen us expand to Lake Nona and Viera and still make the drive to Canoe Creek because this is where they started and this is where they trust the work.

If you’re local to St Cloud, Harmony, Narcoossee, Kissimmee, or anywhere around the hwy 192 corridor — this is your spa.

What Makes Pristine Massage Different

Licensed therapists, not hourly labor.

Every therapist at Pristine holds an active Florida massage license (MA credential). Many trained at Pristine Beauty Academy — our own accredited school — which means we know how they were taught because we taught them.

The room is the treatment.

Quiet, clean, temperature-controlled, no overlapping conversations, no ambient noise from a packed lobby. The environment is part of why the work lands.

You pick the pressure.

Light, medium, firm, deep — your therapist checks in and adjusts. You shouldn’t have to brace through a session or wake up bruised unless that’s what you asked for.

One intake, every modality on the menu.

Mix reflexology with aromatherapy. Add cupping to deep tissue. Do prenatal with hot stones on your shoulders. It’s your hour.

Other Massage Services

Beyond the specialty modalities our St. Cloud team is best known for — Couples, Deep Tissue, Lymphatic Drainage, Prenatal, Cupping, Reflexology, Sports, and Trigger Point — every massage therapist at our St. Cloud location is Florida-licensed and credentialed across our full therapeutic menu. Each session adjusts pressure, technique, and product in real time based on what your body needs that day.

Swedish Massage

The foundational massage modality and the most-booked treatment in massage therapy globally — long flowing strokes, kneading, friction, rhythmic tapping that work superficial muscle layers while activating the parasympathetic nervous system. At our St. Cloud location, Swedish is the most common entry-point treatment for clients new to professional massage and a frequent maintenance choice for clients managing general daily stress rather than specific injuries. Often the treatment that gets clients into a consistent massage routine in the first place. Versatile, accessible, and the right choice when relaxation is the goal. Performed by St. Cloud licensed therapists.

Aromatherapy Massage

A favorite among our St. Cloud regulars who carry as much mental stress as physical tension — and that's most of them. Your therapist selects essential oils based on what you need most that day: lavender for sleep and stress, eucalyptus for sinus and muscular relief, peppermint for energy and circulation, bergamot for mood support. The oils work into the skin through flowing Swedish-style technique while their aromatic action engages the limbic system, taking the treatment deeper than pressure alone could. Often booked monthly as part of a stress-management cadence by our St. Cloud membership clients. Performed by St. Cloud licensed massage therapists.

Hot & Cold Stone Massage

A contrast-therapy treatment using heated basalt and chilled marble stones in sequence — and one of the most luxurious experiences on the St. Cloud menu. Heated stones penetrate muscle layers hands alone can't reach; cold stones constrict, reduce inflammation, and engage the nervous system. The contrast itself produces therapeutic benefit beyond either temperature in isolation. Especially popular at St. Cloud during cooler months when clients want maximum warmth and deeper relaxation than standard massage delivers. Best for chronic tension, clients who run cold, or anyone seeking the most premium relaxation treatment we offer. Performed by St. Cloud licensed therapists.

Biofreeze Massage

A focused therapeutic treatment for clients carrying acute inflammation, post-workout soreness, or active pain that standard heat-based massage can aggravate rather than relieve. Combines traditional massage manipulation with Biofreeze's cooling, menthol-based analgesic action to penetrate inflamed muscle tissue and blunt nerve pain signals during the work. At our St. Cloud location, this is one of the most-booked sessions among clients training at local gyms, weekend athletes dealing with overuse, and clients managing chronic conditions like sciatica or IT band syndrome. Best for active inflammation, not long-standing chronic tension. Performed by St. Cloud licensed therapists.

Electrical Muscle Stimulation

A specialty modality combining gentle electrical muscle stimulation with hands-on massage to release deep tension patterns that hands alone can't reach. The low-frequency pulses cause involuntary contractions that work tissue from the inside while your St. Cloud therapist addresses the surface; together they reach adhesions and trigger points that have essentially become stuck. Intense but effective for the right candidate — typically clients with stubborn chronic tension, athletes managing high training loads, or rehabilitation cases where the muscle has lost its ability to release on its own. Booked frequently at St. Cloud by clients who haven't gotten results from standard deep tissue.

Geriatric Massage

A modified massage protocol designed specifically for older adults — lighter pressure, shorter session lengths, modified positioning to respect joint and cardiovascular sensitivities, and emphasis on circulation, joint mobility, and nervous system regulation. At our St. Cloud location, this is one of the most thoughtful treatments on our menu. We see clients managing arthritis, recovering from falls, dealing with post-surgical mobility limitations, and clients simply wanting bodywork that respects their body's changing tolerance. Improves sleep quality, mood, chronic pain levels, and overall well-being. Performed by St. Cloud therapists experienced specifically in geriatric protocols.

Benefits of Regular Massage

  • Lowers cortisol and resting heart rate
  • Improves sleep quality and sleep latency
  • Releases chronic muscle tension before it becomes injury
  • Accelerates recovery from workouts and physical work
  • Improves circulation and lymphatic flow
  • Reduces tension headaches and TMJ tightness
  • Supports posture, mobility, and range of motion
  • Provides measurable stress relief — not marketing language, actual physiology

Most of our regular clients come every two to four weeks. That’s the cadence where maintenance compounds.

What Our Clients Say

I’ve been coming to Pristine since they opened on Canoe Creek. Ten years later and the quality has only gotten better. My deep tissue therapist actually listens. I’ve never once felt rushed.

Tanya M.

Best massage in St Cloud — full stop. I’ve tried everywhere else in Osceola County and nothing comes close. Clean, quiet, professional, and they know what they’re doing.

Jessica R.

Been getting sports massage here monthly for three years. It’s the reason my back hasn’t gone out again. Worth every dollar.

Michael H.

St Cloud

Got a prenatal massage at 32 weeks and it was the first time I’d slept well in a month. Staff was careful, kind, and clearly knew what they were doing. Coming back postpartum.

I drove past three other spas to get here. Pristine is different. You can tell they actually care.

Frequently Asked Questions

Sessions run 30, 60, 90, or 120 minutes. Most clients book 60 or 90. For deep tissue or multi-area work, 90 gets the best result.

Whatever you’re comfortable in. You’ll undress to your level of comfort before the session and be fully draped with sheets throughout. Only the area being worked on is exposed at any time.

Gratuity is appreciated but not required. Standard is 15–20% of the service, same as other personal services.

Weekly to biweekly for therapeutic goals (chronic pain, recovery, rehab). Every 2–4 weeks for general maintenance and stress management. Monthly at minimum if you want compounding benefit.

Swedish uses lighter-to-medium pressure with long flowing strokes — relaxation, circulation, general reset. Deep tissue uses firmer, more targeted pressure on specific muscle layers and knots — chronic tension, pain, and postural issues.

Yes — book our Prenatal Massage, which uses side-lying positioning with full support bolsters. We recommend clearance from your OB after your first trimester.

Not at Pristine. We’re a fee-for-service spa, not a medical provider. Some FSA/HSA accounts will cover massage with a doctor’s prescription — check with your plan.
