Our St Cloud location is where Pristine started. Founded in 2015 by Tamara and Inga inside the Publix Plaza on Canoe Creek Road, it’s the location that built the brand on one thing: word of mouth. A decade in, we’re still here — same plaza, same standards, same team philosophy.

The active ingredient is your own platelets and growth factors — not a generic serum. There is no manufactured filler or foreign material, which means a very low risk of allergic reaction and a result that comes from your own healing response.
Medical-grade preparation and sterile technique.
A clean draw, a calibrated centrifuge to concentrate the platelet layer, and a sterile microneedling device at an appropriate depth. The quality of the result depends on how the PRP is prepared and applied — we treat that as the medical step it is.

How the Vampire Facial Works
The Vampire Facial is two proven treatments working together: microneedling to open fine channels and trigger collagen, and your own PRP to amplify the healing response from the inside.
A small blood draw
We draw a small sample of your blood, similar to routine bloodwork — usually from your arm.
Concentrate your platelets
Your sample is spun in a centrifuge to separate and concentrate the platelet-rich plasma (PRP) that carries your growth factors.
Microneedle with your PRP
A sterile microneedling device creates controlled micro-channels in the skin while your PRP is applied across the surface, so those growth factors drive deeper than topical products can reach.
Your skin regenerates
The micro-injuries plus your concentrated growth factors signal your skin to rebuild — stimulating collagen, refining texture and tone, and building a natural glow over the following weeks.

Before Your Appointment
Pre-Treatment Prep
- Hydrate well for 24–48 hours before — it makes the draw easier and improves PRP quality
- Eat a solid meal before your appointment; do not come in fasted
- Avoid blood thinners for about 1 week before (aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oil, vitamin E) — with medical clearance
- Avoid anti-inflammatory medications around your treatment — they can blunt the regenerative response
- No alcohol for 24–48 hours before — reduces bruising and redness
- Pause retinoids and exfoliating acids for a few days before
- Arrive with clean skin and no makeup on the treatment area
- Schedule around events — allow a few days for redness to settle

What to Expect During Your Visit
Blood draw.
A small sample of your blood is drawn, similar to routine bloodwork.
Concentration.
Your sample is spun in a centrifuge to separate and concentrate the platelet-rich plasma.
Cleanse & numb.
The treatment area is cleansed and topical numbing is applied for comfort — usually about 20–30 minutes.
Microneedling with PRP.
Your PRP is applied as a sterile microneedling device creates controlled micro-channels across the skin, driving your growth factors deeper.
PRP mask & aftercare.
Any remaining PRP is applied as a finishing layer, then we review your aftercare before you leave.
Most Vampire Facial visits take about 60–75 minutes, including numbing and the time to draw and spin your sample.
After Your Treatment
First 24–48 Hours (the redness window)
- Leave your skin alone — no makeup for about 24 hours after treatment.
- Cleanse gently with a mild cleanser; no active or exfoliating products.
- No vigorous exercise, heat (saunas, hot tubs, steam), or alcohol for 24 hours.
- Expect redness, warmth, and a mild “sunburned” look on day one — this is normal and calms over the next day or two.
Days 3–14
- Mild flaking or dryness is normal around days 3–5 as the skin renews — do not pick.
- Wear daily SPF and avoid prolonged sun while your skin settles.
- Avoid other facials, peels, and lasers in the area for about 2 weeks.
- Reintroduce retinoids and exfoliating acids only once your skin feels fully calm.
Ongoing
- Initial glow appears within days; collagen-driven results build over 2–4 weeks and across a series.
- Stay hydrated and protect your skin with SPF to support and prolong results.
- Plan maintenance sessions every few months to keep results consistent.
- Tell future providers what you have had done and when.
