Body Sculpting & Cellulite Reduction

Body Sculpting & Cellulite Reduction

Breathe. Relax. Let go. Body sculpting refines what diet and exercise can’t always reach. Cellulite reduction softens the dimpling that has nothing to do with weight. We do both — honestly, with realistic timelines, and paired with lymphatic drainage for compounding results.

Non-surgical body contouring is one of the fastest-growing categories in the industry — and one of the most oversold. The truth: these treatments work, but they’re refinement tools, not weight loss tools. They smooth, tighten, and reduce localized fat and cellulite. They don’t replace diet, training, or surgical options when those are what you actually need.

At Pristine, we’re upfront about that. We tell you what each modality does, what it doesn’t, and how to stack treatments for the best result. Most clients see real improvement when they commit to a series and pair sculpting with lymphatic drainage to flush what we mobilize.

What Makes Pristine Body Sculpting Different

Honest expectations.

We won’t promise inches you can’t get. We will show you the math on a realistic series.

Paired protocols.

Body sculpting + lymphatic drainage isn’t an upsell — it’s how the result actually compounds.

Trained therapists.

Body contouring requires technique. Bad technique gives bad results.

No surgical posturing.

If you need liposuction, we’ll tell you. We’re not pretending to be a surgical clinic.

Multiple modalities under one roof.

Different bodies need different tools — we don’t have one machine and a sales pitch.

What Body Sculpting Actually Treats

  • Stubborn pockets of fat that don’t respond to diet and exercise (flanks, lower abdomen, inner thighs, arms, bra line)
  • Cellulite — dimpling on thighs, glutes, abdomen
  • Skin laxity post-weight-loss or post-pregnancy
  • Body contour refinement after you’ve already done the work in the gym
  • Pre-event toning on a multi-week timeline
  • Post-pregnancy abdominal smoothing (cleared by your OB first)

What Body Sculpting Does Not Do

  • Replace meaningful weight loss
  • Tighten skin to surgical-result levels
  • Eliminate cellulite forever (cellulite is structural — it’s managed, not cured)
  • Work without a series
  • Show overnight results

If you’re looking for dramatic fat reduction in one session, you’re looking for surgery. We’ll have that conversation honestly.

Cellulite — What It Actually Is

Cellulite isn’t excess fat. It’s the way fat sits underneath the skin’s connective tissue (fibrous bands called septae) — when those bands pull down while fat pushes up, you get the dimpling. It affects women across body types and weights, including very lean athletes, because the structure is hormonal and genetic.

That’s why dieting often doesn’t fix cellulite. You can lose weight and still have it. The treatment angle is structural: improve circulation, mobilize fluid retention, stimulate collagen in the dermis, and over a series, soften the appearance.

Treatment Modalities — What Each Does

We use multiple body contouring modalities depending on the goal. Specific equipment varies by location and is matched to your needs at consultation.

Vacuum & Roller Therapy (Mechanical Massage)

Mechanical suction and rolling lifts and massages tissue, improving circulation and breaking up fascial restriction. Effective for cellulite appearance and lymphatic flow.

Radiofrequency (RF) Skin Tightening

Thermal energy heats the dermis, triggering collagen contraction and remodeling. Tightens loose skin on abdomen, arms, thighs, and post-weight-loss areas.

Cavitation (Ultrasonic)

Low-frequency ultrasound disrupts fat cell membranes in localized areas. Released fat is then processed by the lymphatic system — which is why lymphatic drainage matters here.

Wood Therapy (Madero Terapia)

Manual sculpting with shaped wooden tools to mobilize fat, improve circulation, and contour. Cumulative effect over a series.

Lymphatic Drainage

Specialized massage that moves fluid through the lymphatic system. Critical pairing with cavitation and any fat-mobilizing treatment — also valuable on its own for swelling, post-surgical recovery, and general detox.

Benefits

  • Visible reduction in localized fat pockets over a series
  • Smoother appearance of cellulite-prone areas
  • Skin tightening and firmness improvements
  • Improved circulation and reduced fluid retention
  • Body refinement that compounds with consistent training and nutrition
  • Recovery support post-pregnancy or post-weight-loss

What to Expect During Your Appointment

  1. Intake and assessment. Goals, areas of concern, medical history, medications, prior treatments.
  2. Body measurements and photos. Baseline so progress is measurable, not vibes-based.
  3. Treatment. Modality matched to goal — vacuum/roller, RF, cavitation, wood therapy, or combination. Sensation: warm, deep pressure, occasional ultrasonic buzz. Not painful.
  4. Lymphatic drainage finish (when paired). Light, rhythmic massage to flush mobilized fluid and fat.
  5. Hydration recommendations and aftercare. Take the protocol home with you.
  6. Series scheduling. We map the full plan based on what we measured.

Total appointment: 45–90 minutes depending on areas treated and pairing.

Pre-Treatment Prep

  • Hydrate aggressively for 24–48 hours before — your lymphatic system runs on water
  • Eat a light meal 1–2 hours before
  • Avoid alcohol 24 hours before
  • No heavy lotions, oils, or self-tanner on the area the day of
  • Wear comfortable clothing
  • Empty bladder before treatment if abdomen is being worked
  • Disclose recent surgeries, medications, and medical conditions

Post-Treatment Care

First 24 Hours

  • Hydrate — minimum half your body weight in ounces of water
  • Light walking encouraged (helps lymphatic flow)
  • No alcohol, no heavy/processed food
  • Avoid tight compression on treated areas
  • Skin may be pink or warm — normal

Days 2–7

  • Continue elevated water intake
  • Maintain a clean nutrition window if possible
  • Light to moderate exercise — helps lymphatic processing
  • Lymphatic drainage 24–72 hours post-cavitation maximizes results
  • Avoid hot tubs and saunas for 24 hours post-RF

Between Sessions

  • Stick to scheduled cadence — typically weekly to bi-weekly
  • Combine with consistent training and nutrition for maximum compound effect

Realistic Expectations — Read This

Body sculpting works on a series. One session is a tease. Real measurable change shows over 6–12 sessions on most clients, depending on the modality, the area, and your starting point. Cellulite results require ongoing maintenance — typically 1–2 sessions per month after the initial series.

The clients who get the best results are the ones who:

  • Show up consistently
  • Hydrate seriously
  • Train regularly
  • Don’t expect treatments to compensate for not doing the rest

If you’re not willing to do the work alongside the treatment, the treatment will underdeliver. We’ll tell you that during consultation.

Who’s a Candidate — and Who Isn’t

Good Candidates

  • Within a reasonable range of your goal weight (not using sculpting as weight loss)
  • Healthy and able to handle increased lymphatic activity
  • Realistic about timeline and outcome
  • Committed to a series

Not a Candidate Right Now

  • Pregnancy
  • Active cancer or recent cancer treatment without medical clearance
  • Pacemaker or implanted electronic devices (RF and cavitation contraindicated)
  • Severe varicose veins, active blood clots, or circulatory disorders in the area
  • Open wounds or active skin infection on the area
  • Severe kidney or liver disease (lymphatic mobilization contraindicated)
  • Recent surgery in the area without surgical clearance
  • Untreated thyroid conditions affecting metabolism (clear with your doctor)

Different tools, different outcomes. We’re honest about which path fits your goal.
